Classes

Vigorous Flow - An energetic and upbeat vinyasa class that links breath and movement. You'll move powerfully, have fun workshopping more advanced poses (if you want to), and enjoy some deep stretching.

Moderate Flow - A traditional vinyasa class that links breath and movement and is a warming practice for students. Options for challenge and ease are offered in this level and you can take or leave anything you'd like!

Core Flow - A moderate level vinyasa class that focuses on core movements and challenges within a flow for a strength-building practice.

Easygoing Flow - Still a vinyasa-based flow class, but at a slower, more juicy pace and is easier on the joints for an ease-filled practice.

Yoga Happy Hour - Come play at the end of the week with creative sequencing and fun playlists!


What do I bring to my online class?

Bring your yoga mat and the device that you want to sign into Zoom with! Nice-to-haves that can offer you both support and a deepening of your yoga practice are props - yoga blocks, a yoga blanket, a bolster, and a strap.

What if I don’t have yoga props?

Sequencing isn’t the only thing we get creative with around here! Here are some household items you can sub in as yoga props:

  • Yoga blocks - Thick books approximately the same height;

  • Yoga blanket - A regular blanket (not too bulky) that you have around the house; something that you can easily roll up

  • Yoga bolster - Rectangular couch or bed pillow; if pillows are thin, you can stack them!

  • Yoga strap - A belt / scarf / lightweight resistance band; you want the strap to give you resistance
